It's back... what I wore Wednesday

  Well.... Hello September!
{& Hello to a very familiar H&H post. It's been too long.}

I really enjoy this time of year.  Fresh new starts, aspiring goals to set & accomplish, new challenges to face, lots of new opportunities & experiences to be a part of.  I love getting back on schedule {no more late Summer nights} getting to bed a bit earlier & rising a littler earlier, cool morning air, kiddos back in school, not to mention having the kitchen wiped down, breakfast put away & things pretty much picked up for the day by 9:00 a.m. {hallelujah!}

I especially look forward to Wednesdays not just because it's the middle of the week but it means I'm back to going to
6 a.m. Zumba class & attending scripture institute class!

-Mr. Olly wondering what I am doing.  Loving my Roxy wedges I got at Famous Footwear & my frilly girly top from Anthropologie.  Ready for learning with my notebook, pen & scriptures in hand.

What a great day for my body & my spirit.  I feel totally rejuvenated, filled & ready to tackle the rest of the week.
{Although I do start to feel a little sleepy around 1 in the afternoon. Zumba at 6 a.m. is tough!}
So grateful for wonderful friends who teach & inspire me- such amazing ladies!

Also saw this plaque today that really spoke to me.  It's so true!  Loved it's message.  We can all do a little bit to help those around us.

*oh, by the way have you been watching Oprah's Lifeclass?  It's good for the soul too.
{I have a separate notebook to take notes in for that class too}

Well that is such a great quote I've never heard that one before but it is so incredibly true! Many people have heavy burdens but even a little big of love and "lift" can lighten their load!
